Abdul Rahman Wants Terengganu To Aim Higher

KUALA TERENGGANU, March 6 (Bernama) -- Terengganu aim to go further up in the Malaysian Super League and FA Cup after pulling off some convincing displays recently.

Team manager Abdul Rahman Ibrahim said the aim should be backed up by the players, who were encouraged to step up and show maturity in every game after this to achieve the best possible outcome this season.

"I hope the players can show me some consistency and maturity in their game during the upcoming match versus the Armed Forces (ATM) at home tomorrow night.

"I found that during the FA Cup match against Melaka, we didn't show maturity in advancing the play after taking the lead," he told reporters when met during a warm-up session here Friday.

According to him, his players had been reminded about finishing off matches strongly time and again, and they should have been able to control match and seen off a young Melaka team with ease.
